Ever wanted to become a stand-up?

This intensive two-day stand-up comedy workshop covers persona, gag-writing and the complete skill set required to become a stand-up comedian. The course is run by Marc Blake who was a stand-up for 20 years, has written several books on sitcom and comedy writing, and now teaches performance at Winchester University. Learn the ropes from a true pro!

Thermos Museum, 12:30pm, 3:00pm & 6:00pm – Piece Hall

Spend half an hour delving into the thrilling world of the thermos flask in this comedic but also enlightening tour. Visitors are escorted around the museum by the enigmatic and disgruntled tour guide, who may digress a little along the way.

Expect to pick up some important Thermos knowledge in amongst the whimsical stories! This show will also be on Friday 20, Saturday 21 & Sunday 22 October.
